The Fountains

The Fountains is one of the most luxurious subdivisions within all of Las Vegas and Henderson. This guard gated community is home to one and two story single family custom homes. This neighborhood is best described as the “not in Nevada living. With it’s canopy tree lined streets and open yards it feels more like a high end east coast neighborhood than something you would find in the desert. The homes are all well maintained and yards are kept lovely. The size of the homes varies. Some are as small as 2,700 square feet and go up to almost 10,000 square feet.

Living in The Fountains puts residents in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, McCarran International Airport, local shopping, entertainment venues and all that Las Vegas and Henderson have to offer. All of this is just outside the door or just a few miles away.
